Program Outcomes of BA

 

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES:

Objective 1:    Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the theories and practice of language use.

Objective 2:     Students will demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, inclusive of information literacy.

Objective 3:     Students will be able to communicate to diverse audiences in a variety of contexts and genres.

Objective 4:     Students will be prepared for a wide range of writing-related careers or graduate Objective 5:     Students will have the ability to use, analyze, and learn communication

Technologies.

Objective 6:    Students will develop exceptional textual, visual, and verbal communication abilities.

 

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

1.     Critical Thinking:

Ability to analyse, synthesize and integrate knowledge. Capability to evaluate the validity of arguments and conclusion.

2.     Effective Communication:

Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing and listening in English and one Indian language and find meaning of the world by connecting people, ideas, books, media and technology.

3.     Social Interaction:

Link with society and intercede the disagreement and help to reach conclusion in group sitting. Demonstrate intellectual awareness and competencies. Reflect on one’s cultural identities and values.

4.     Effective Citizenship:

Promote active citizenship and community engagement. Ability to understand the national development, informed awareness of issues and participate in civic life.

5.      Ethics:

Understand and recognised value system, moral dimensions and self responsibility for nation and society. Demonstrate personal and intellectual integrity and academic accountability. Collaborate respectfully with others, individually and in teams.

Career Outcomes

·         The B.A. graduates can pursue B.Ed. course and opt teaching career in the schools.

·         they can do Post Graduate Studies in their respective subjects studied in ‘Under Graduate’ level.

·         After their Post Graduation they may do M.Phil or Ph.D. and take teaching as their career in higher education institutions like Degree colleges and Universities.

·         Other Career options:- Journalism, Tourism, Judiciary (Law), Linguistics, etc.

·         They are eligible to appear for any competitive exams conducted by

Ø  Union Public Service Commission (UPSC),

Ø  AP Public Service Commission (KPSC),

Ø  Army services

Ø  Police recriutment

Ø  Indian Railway Board, etc for entering into the government services.

Ø  They also pursue their studies in doing MBA,

Ø  Post Graduate Diploma in Computer (PGDC),

Ø  Certificate Courses of any discipline.

 

 

 

Program Outcomes of B.Com.

 

B.Com. programme outcomes include gaining comprehensive knowledge of core commerce subjects like accounting, finance, and marketing, developing analytical and problem-solving skills, acquiring practical and professional competencies for business roles, enhancing communication and teamwork, and fostering ethical values and an aptitude for lifelong learning. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions, further professional studies (like CA, CS, CMA), or research in the field.

Subject Mastery: Students will acquire systematic and thorough subject-specific knowledge in various disciplines of commerce, including accounting, finance, taxation, management, marketing, and economics.

Theoretical Understanding: The program builds a strong foundation in both the theoretical and applied aspects of commerce.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Graduates will develop the ability to analyze data, interpret business situations, and apply knowledge to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
